Job Description

Requirements
-Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
-Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline effectively.
-Possess a valid driving license and own reliable transportation.
-Experience selling into industries such as Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics or Telecommunications is highly advantageous.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
-Willingness to engage in frequent travel.

Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients within the target industries (e.g., food processing, cold chain, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals).
-Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical specifications, project requirements, and challenges related to cold rooms, clean rooms, and insulation solutions.
-Propose and present technical solutions to clients, articulating the features, benefits, and value proposition of TCI's PU panels, cold rooms, clean rooms, and telecommunication cabins, tailored to their specific needs.
-Collaborate closely with the engineering, production, and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, cost-effective, and meet client expectations.
-Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
-Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and new product innovations relevant to cold room, clean room, and insulation technologies.
-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
-Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
