Job Descriptions:

-Handle HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and payroll
负责员工入职、离职、考勤、薪资等人事流程

-Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling
协助招聘流程：职位发布、简历筛选、安排面试

-Manage employee records, contracts, and statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS)
管理员工资料、合同、社保（EPF/SOCSO/EIS）申报

-Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing and issuing comprehensive offer letters and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to prospective employees and consultants
为未来的员工和顾问准备全面的录用通知书和保密协议（NDA），以促进入职流程

-Support employee relations, festive benefits, training, and other HR initiatives
跟进员工关系、节日福利、培训等人事支持工作

-Assist with general administrative tasks such as office supplies and event coordination
协助行政事务，如办公用品、活动协调等



Job Requirements

-Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma or higher equivalent relevant field such as Human Resources, Administrative Management or Business Administrative
至少具备人力资源、行政管理或商业行政相关专业文凭或同等以上资格

-Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience
至少 1 年人事或行政工作经验

-Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and strong interpersonal skills
熟悉马来西亚劳动法规，具备良好沟通协调能力

-Responsible, with a strong sense of confidentiality and service mindset
认真负责，具备保密意识与服务意识

-Preferably Chinese females candidates/applicants who can communicate with Mandarin language 优先考虑会中文的华裔女性
