-Oversee daily operations across multiple wellness centres to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets.

-Supervise and coach outlet supervisors and front-line staff on service, sales, and operational excellence.

-Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain consistency in customer experience, cleanliness, and safety.

-Monitor outlet sales performance and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

-Conduct regular branch visits to review performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, wellness events, and seasonal promotions with the HQ marketing team.

-Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to build a strong and motivated team.

-Work closely with HR, Finance, and Marketing to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

-Generate regular operational reports for management review and decision-making.
