-Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring daily outlet performance and reporting sales results.

-Coordinate with outlet supervisors regarding staffing schedules, stock orders, and store needs.

-Consolidate and verify daily sales, customer records, and attendance reports from all branches.

-Follow up on maintenance, equipment servicing, and supplier coordination.

-Prepare and update internal documents, SOPs, and training materials.

-Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotions at branches.

-Support in inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.

-Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and communication between HQ and outlets.
