Requirements
-Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
-Experience: At least 2 years of customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
-Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through interactive communication.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience.
-Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
-Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.
-Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
-Follow up on orders, schedule orders, track back orders, and manage collections.
-Support sales personnel by issuing quotations, proforma invoices, and processing & monitoring orders.
-Track ETA dates, monitor outstanding sales orders, and provide updates to salespersons and customers.
-Ensure all orders are processed timely according to company procedures.
-Coordinate delivery arrangements.
