Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-1-3 years of working experience in accounting or administrative roles.
-Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, UBS, AutoCount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
-Team player with a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities
-Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
-Prepare and update financial records, reports, and bank reconciliations.
-Assist in month-end closing and ensure accuracy in accounting transactions.
-Manage general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
-Handle office supplies, petty cash, and expense claims.
-Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, suppliers, and banks when required.
-Support management in daily operations and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
