Requirements
-University Degree in marketing or related fields like Mass Comm & Advertising.
-3 to 6 years of experience

Responsibilities
-Plan, develop, and execute campaigns, including those of strategic importance to the organization.
-Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure work meets organizational requirements, deadlines, and budget.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaigns and materials to achieve sales goals.
-Ensure stores are equipped with communication materials before campaign launches (catalogues, leaflets, hanging mobiles, video materials, etc.).
-Fulfill price ticket requirements for all stores to ensure sufficient promotional materials.
-Research, write, and brief related departments on design or content for sales collateral that is effective and audience-appropriate.
-Prepare weekly bulletins and campaign briefing decks for store reference.
-Plan, manage, and execute programs/activities within allocated budget.
-Lead & execute on monthly marketing campaigns support for all sales channels (Store, Online & Direct Sales) with promotions/activities.
-Responsible on 12 months campaign theme, promotions, campaign calendar and implementing organization of campaign team.
-Initiate new ideas, feedback and ways to improve monthly / store related activities by ensuring communication materials delivered flawlessly.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities
-Coordinate events with external suppliers.
-Prepare event documents.
-Manage events on weekends (as and when required).

Administration
-Handle all marketing filing and billing.
