Job Responsibilities: -

-Achieve service revenue targets (Parts, Lubricants, VAP), throughput, VOR, CBJ, and Service Fix KPIs across outlets.

-Ensure full compliance and implementation of policies, SOPs, and action plans through regular outlet visits and internal audits (operations, warranty, parts).

-Monitor timely submission of reports from outlets (e.g., VOR, Manpower, PADE, OCE, CSI, SOH, Marketing Activities, Warranty Disposal).

-Oversee and control credit management and debt levels at outlets.

-Conduct regular meetings with outlet managers to address operational and strategic matters.

-Review performance against targets and implement improvement plans based on root cause analysis.

-Ensure Market Quality Improvement Completion Rate meets targets for Safety Recalls, Product Upgrades, and Service Fixes.

-Support Special Officer and management in new projects or service-related initiatives.

-Provide weekly updates on lubricant targets vs. SO and invoicing.

-Monitor parts cancellation, reordering, and returns to parts center.



Job Requirements: -

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in service operations and outlet management.

-Proven leadership qualities: dedicated, diligent, tenacious, and performance-focused.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.

-Independent, self-motivated, and resilient in overcoming challenges.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strategic thinker with a broad understanding of nationwide operational needs.

-Analytical skills to interpret complex data and prepare management-level reports and presentations.

-Willingness to travel as required.
