Requirements
-Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-Demonstrate proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
-Exhibit strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Possess a foundational understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
-Be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the accounting/tax services industry.
-Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
-Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
-Support the account management team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, billing details, and transaction history.
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of invoices, payments, and receipts.
-Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
-Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related filings, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
-Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
-Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to address inquiries and resolve issues related to accounting and finance matters.
