Responsibilities
-Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach of facebook & instagram ads placement, networking, and lead generation activities within the Malaysian market, focusing on leveraging the company's AI-driven sales solutions for property and other sectors.
-Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and effectively communicate how Create Value's AI sales consultancy services can address their specific requirements.
-Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's AI solutions, tailoring the content to resonate with the audience and address their concerns.
-Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, diligently tracking progress in the CRM system and ensuring timely follow-up to move prospects through the sales cycle.
-Collaborate closely with the AI, Legal, and Education teams to develop customized solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the AI sales strategies.
-Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company's pricing and contractual guidelines, while also building long-term relationships with clients.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in AI, sales technology, and the Malaysian property market to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients.
