Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for out station.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
-Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
-Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
-Willingness to learn about the publishing industry products and services.

Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities, contributing to the expansion of the company's client base.
-Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
-Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client projects.
-Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing sales pipeline, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to close deals.
-Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
