Junior Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Junior Digital Marketing Executive to bring fresh ideas and energy to our social media presence.

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.

-Create engaging and visually appealing photo and video content — including Reels and TikToks, with creative captions and hashtags.

-Plan and manage online campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

-Monitor audience interactions and foster strong community engagement.

-Track and analyze performance metrics, trends, and platform updates to continuously optimize content strategies.

-Edit visuals and videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

-Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Requirements:

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.

-Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).

-Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills (proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Malay is a plus).

Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
