Your Role at Feruni:

Sales Process Management

-Use the Sales Funnel method to track every step of the customer journey.

-Review and analyze sales regularly to see what’s working and where we can improve.

Business Development

-Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors to find new opportunities.

-Promote our brand and offer tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs.

Lead Management:

-Follow up with potential customers to turn them into confirmed sales.

-Keep improving our service to give customers the best experience.

Sales Target Achievement:

-Achieve sales targets by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions proactively.

-Communicate scheduled sales reports promptly and adhere to organizational standards.

Customer Service and After-sales Support:

-Analyze and finalize delivery schedules for secured clients.

-Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.



Who We Are Looking For:

-Diploma or Degree in any field, with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. Fresh grads with strong potential are also welcome!

-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

-Able to speak, present, and write clearly and confidently when dealing with clients and colleagues.

-Comfortable giving product presentations and engaging with people at all levels in a company.

-A team player who’s motivated, responsible, creative, and able to stay calm under pressure.

-Based in Petaling Jaya and must have own transport.
