Job Summary
-To support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPI on sales target

The Day-to-day Activities

-Collaborate with distributors to manage dealer portfolios, providing system support (network, creation, modification, and termination).

-Provide trade marketing support, including events, signage, POSM, and performance analysis.

-Planned and executed sales strategies and promotions, identifying opportunities to expand UM touchpoints.

-Strengthen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid and Postpaid).

Train dealers on:

-System: Ensure accurate activations and system knowledge.

- Products: Comprehensive product range.

-Sales Techniques: Provide correct product information.

-Incentives/Pyramid: Guide on building dealer loyalty.

-POSM: Keep POSM updated and relevant.

-Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead.

-Drive and coach Product Specialists/Sales Teams to meet prepaid and postpaid sales targets.

-Coordinate with internal teams to align efforts and optimize resources for sales success.

About You

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field

-Aggressive and target-driven

-At least 6 years of sales experience in a Telco / FMCG-related environment with a minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management

-Sales were driven by a good track record

-Possess own transport and willing to travel
