Job Descriptions:

-Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

-Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.

-Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.

-Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.

-Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.

-Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.

-Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.

Act as a replacement cashier when needed.

-Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

-Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

-Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

-Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

-Willing to work at Lumut, Perak
