Job Description:

-Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.

-Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.

-Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

-Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

-Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

-Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.

Job Requirements:

-High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math

-Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

-Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.

-Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.

-Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.

-Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

-Willing to work at Kajang.
