This is a hybrid role where you will support live hosts and customers through chat and email, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable to rotating shifts, and eager to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through live chat and email (no phone calls required).
- Assist with inquiries related to: Face recognition features, Invitation rewards, Account and security settings
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to both internal and external stakeholders.
-Maintain clear communication and effective problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
-5-day work week with 2 days off.
- Morning Shift (Work From Office): 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (WFH if on weekends or public holidays).
- Night Shift (Work From Home): 7:00 pm – 3:00 am.
- Rotating shifts weekly (announced 1 week in advance).
- 2 weeks of comprehensive training upon joining.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month (based on experience).
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions provided.
- Performance Incentives (PI) available for eligible staff.
- Probation period of 2–3 months.
