Requirements
-Minimum Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-Experienced in a similar role preferably in Administrative & Accounting or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
-Characteristic of honesty and integrity
-Good communication skill in written and verbally
-Detailed-oriented, problem-solving skill and able to multi-tasking
-Able to work independently
-Language Required are Mandarin, Malay and English
-Able to start immediately is an added advantage
-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
-Perform data entry, ensure accuracy and proper accounting records
-Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger entries
-Assist in preparing financial reports
-Maintain proper filing system of various office records, and support other clerical matters
-Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
-Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
