Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field. (Fresh Grads are welcomed !)
-1-3 years of experience in admin or HR roles.
-Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
-Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HR knowledge is a plus.
-Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
-Preferable able to speak and write in Chinese.

Responsibilities
-Plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience.
-Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
-Oversee attendance, leave administration, and payroll support.
-Handle business license applications, staff permits, and visa processes.
-Coordinate staff engagement, training, and performance evaluations to support employee growth and development.
-Advise management on HR policies, compliance matters, and best practices.
-Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and prepare monthly summaries for the Accounts Department.
-Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and welcoming workplace environment.
