Job Responsibilities

-​​Developing and maintaining SOPs to support consistency across departments.

-​Support communication between Operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.

-Work with IT to learn and help maintain POS systems and related infrastructure.

-​Staff training and onboarding for new systems and processes.

-Prepare weekly and monthly meeting presentation slides.​
