Job description

-Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve potential logistical issues.

-Utilize cutting-edge logistics software to track shipments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

-Develop and implement strategies to minimize transportation costs while maximizing delivery speed.

-Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in logistics and transportation.

-Handling incoming calls, and emails and managing the daily schedule/task of the team.

-Filling, updating & storing files to ensure they are accurate & accessible.

-Performing other administrative tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.

-Coordinate and assist with quality issues.

-Working Time: 8.30am-5.30pm, 5 days work


Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.

-Required language can speak and write fluent MANDARIN, ENGLISH and BAHASA MALAYSIA. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Good analytical and problem solving skills.

-Strong computer skills.

Positive working attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, committed, independent and resourceful.

-Able to handle full set of export/import documentation. Matured, analytical and able to work independently.
