Job Description
2、对接总部相关部门推进网点运营流程规范化，保障区域网点运营流程顺畅；
3、负责区域网点相关系统的日常使用支持，协助解决网点在系统使用过程中的问题；
4、收集区域网点在系统使用中的需求及优化建议，并对接总部相关部门推动改进；
5、负责对接处理区域网点在运营过程中的异常问题，并协调相关部门推动问题解决；
6、跟进异常处理进度，确保问题及时解决并形成闭环管理；
7、负责区域网络类公告、通知及相关发文的传达与落实；
8、确保总部相关政策及制度在区域网点的有效宣贯与执行；
9、协助区域开展网点欠款及坏账清理工作，跟进相关账务情况；
10、负责区域网络类费用管理，包括押金、系统使用费及品牌使用费等费用的登记、跟踪及统计；
11、定期整理区域网点运营数据及相关管理信息，形成报告提交上级。
任职要求：
大专或以上学历，行政、管理或相关专业优先。
具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力及时间管理能力。
熟练使用办公软件（如 Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
工作细致认真，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力。
具备团队合作精神和积极主动的工作态度。
