Requirements
-Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
-Proficiency in market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities in Simpang Ampat.
-Proven ability to generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
-Experience or familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer interactions and data.
-Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets.
-Ability to work onsite in Simpang Ampat and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
-Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
-Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
-Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
-Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
-Manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales deals.
-Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
