-Responsibility and Authority
-Assisting Supervisor in performing daily data collection, entry, sourcing and others activities;
-Oversee the administrative operations of a business;
-In charge of the department's day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff;
-Handling any government affairs or any miscellaneous issues or matters
-Ensure the accuracy and completion of data entry;
-Ensure all documents / records are updated, filling and safekeeping in systematic way;
-Complete task assign within time frame given;
-Tasks that specified in Quality Management System;
-Others task assigned by Superior.
