Requirements

Responsibilities
-Assist the sales team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
-Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on schedule
-Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
-Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support professionally
-Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
-Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards
