Job Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

-Provide accurate information on company products, services, and procedures.

-Assist Chinese-speaking customers with clear and accurate communication (speaking & reading).

-Liaise with merchants, partners, and suppliers on orders, deliveries, claims, or issue resolutions.

- Manage customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

-Maintain updated customer records and documents in the system.

-Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) for customer-related matters.

-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion of requests.

-Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.

-Perform general administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.

-Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (speaking & reading).

-Experience in customer service is an added advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Able to liaise confidently with merchants and external partners.

-Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional attitude.

-Good interpersonal, communication skills, and attention to detail.

-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM/online systems).
