Responsibilities for Brand Executive

-Brand Management: Assist in managing all aspects of brand development, including positioning, messaging, and identity.

-Market Analysis: Support in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.

-Communication Skills: Convey brand messages effectively both internally and externally through excellent verbal and written communication.

-Creative Thinking: Contribute to the development of innovative brand campaigns and initiatives.

-Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, creative, and digital to ensure brand consistency.

-Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets to optimize spending and maximize ROI on brand initiatives.

-Brand Performance Tracking: Use metrics and KPIs to help track the performance of brand initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

-Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand management and marketing.

-Adaptability: Adapt to changing market dynamics and assist in adjusting brand strategies accordingly.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Support the team in addressing challenges and overcoming obstacles in brand management effectively.



Requirement

-Possess a minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferably with exposure in Beauty Industry

-Required language(s): Fluent in both written and verbal (English & Mandarin). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

-Computer literate with hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision and respond to urgent requests.

-Good people management skills, self-motivation, and positive working attitude.

-Able to meet tight deadlines & and have excellent time management skills.

-Confident with a can-do attitude.
