Areas of Exposure:-

-Assist in preboarding and onboarding process such as Pre Medical Checkup, Background Check, Reference Check, access cards, ID Tags, parking sticker and etc for new employees & interns prior their joining date.

-Administer and coordinate the Protégé Program, including onboarding, monitoring trainee progress, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with program requirements

-Scheduling and conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates through hiring drives.

-Compiling new joiners & intern onboarding documents

-Update the New joiners database movement with details of new employees.

-Coordinating and assist in planning events.

-Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the HR personnel/department from time to time to support overall HR operations and organizational needs.

Work Location: Shah Alam

Qualification: Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or any other relevant courses
