Requirements
-Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
-Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
-Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipelines.
-Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Service
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
-Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting
-Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
-Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
-Maintain organized filing systems for sales-related documents.

Team & Process Support
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
-Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
-Assist in monitoring stock availability, delivery schedules, and payment collection.
