Job Description

Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the home furnishing or retail industry.
-Knowledge and experience in Interior Design is an advantage
-Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
-Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
-Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote AI Curtains Home Furnishing's products and services, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities, targeting both residential and commercial clients in the Shah Alam area.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of AI Curtains' offerings, effectively communicating their value proposition to prospective buyers.
-Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development, marketing campaigns, and sales promotions.
-Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customized curtain solutions, meeting customer specifications and quality standards.
-Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote AI Curtains' brand awareness and generate leads, representing the company in a professional and engaging manner.
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to provide management with insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
