Key Responsibilities
-Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee support.

-Help post job openings, screen résumés, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates in a professional manner.

-Support onboarding activities by preparing documents, setting up new-hire files, and helping facilitate orientation sessions.

-Maintain organized and accurate HR records, documents, and data in HR systems while learning proper compliance practices.

-Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as team events, surveys, and recognition activities.

-Assist with preparing HR communications, including emails, announcements, and internal updates.

-Contribute to training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and helping coordinate logistics.

-Support HR projects such as policy updates, employee experience improvements, or employer-branding activities.

-Prepare basic HR reports and help gather data for recruitment, turnover, or attendance tracking.

-Provide general administrative support to HR team members while developing a strong understanding of core HR functions.

What You’ll Bring:

-Undergraduate student in Human Resources or any related field.

-Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.

-Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Willing to travel (within Malaysia).

-Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
