Key Responsibilities

-Analyze sales trends, stock levels, and product performance to identify opportunities for promotions and markdowns.

-Develop retail plans that balance sales growth, inventory health, and margin objectives.

-Partner with Merchandising and Buying teams to build effective product assortments and inventory allocations.

-Plan and execute promotional and seasonal markdown strategies to optimize sell-through.

-Track KPIs such as sell-through rate, inventory turnover, and stock availability.

-Prepare and present regular business reports and recommendations to management.

-Collaborate cross-functionally to align plans with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain objectives.

-Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure timely updates on planning tools.



What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or related field.

-2–4 years’ experience in retail planning, inventory management, or merchandise planning.

-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience in ERP or planning tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau) is an advantage.

-Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

-Strong collaboration and communication skills with attention to detail.

-Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
