Responsibilities:

-Manage and follow up with existing customer accounts

-Identify opportunities to grow sales and open new accounts within assigned areas

-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to annual KPIs

-Conduct regular outlet visits for order taking, merchandising and ensuring product visibility

-Handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide after-sales support

-Submit daily / weekly sales report and ensure proper documentation

-Promote and establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to existing and new customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concern

-Regularly conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

-Coordinate with sales coordinator team and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

-Cover area KL and Perak.

Minimum Requirements:

-Posses minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing, Business Administration or related field

-Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Must have own transportation and valid driving license

-Independent, proactive and result-driven

-Passionate in sales, willing to learn to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
