Job Description

H&W Food is the leading importer and distributor of Australian Premium Food and Beverage products in Malaysia. We are a young and dynamic team with great working culture. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our team to manage plant-based milk (Soy, Almond, Oat) and cream cheese.

KEY CRITERIA: Candidates applied for this role must have experience and network in foodservice sector such as major and boutique coffee chains, restaurants, hotels etc.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

-Identify and explore new business opportunities in the (Food Service, HORECA, Wholesale) sectors.

-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.

-Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Execution:

-Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

-Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

-Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

-Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

-Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

-Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market demands.

Reporting and Analysis:

-Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

-Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

-Prepare regular sales reports for management review.



Requirements:

-Strong network and proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive in the (Food Service, -F&B, HORECA, Wholesale) industry.

-Must have the network and skill to open new accounts in HORECA industry, e.g. coffee chains.

-Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

-Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proficiency in MS Office and SQL software.

-Office based in Bandar Pinggiran Subang.
