Job Description

Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for each restaurant location, including revenue from dine-in, catering, and promotional campaigns.
-Lead marketing efforts, including creating and executing campaigns (e.g., social media, local advertising, promotions) to drive customer engagement and brand visibility.
-Drive catering sales by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating events to meet revenue goals.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
-Recruit, train, and manage restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of high-quality service and teamwork.
-Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance service standards and support marketing/catering initiatives.
-Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.
-Collaborate with top management to develop and manage budgets, including marketing and catering expenses.
-Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure each location meets company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
-Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, event planners, and community partners to support business growth.
-Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and split shifts, to ensure effective oversight of operations across all locations.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including managing multiple locations.
-Proven experience in marketing (e.g., social media, local promotions, branding) and catering sales (e.g., event planning, client acquisition).
-Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service best practices, and industry trends.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing) and event management software is a plus.
-Must be willing and able to work split shifts and a flexible schedule based on business needs.
