What you'll be doing

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product strategies, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards from ideation to launch.

-Monitor product performance, gather data, and analyze customer feedback to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

-Prepare and develop marketing plans and promotional activities in line with the company’s and principal’s objectives.

-Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, while managing A&P expenditures for timely reimbursement.

-Maintain strong relationships with Principals and customers to uphold the company’s image and provide regular product updates to stakeholders.

-To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, and conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence.

·-Contribute to the creation of product marketing materials and sales collateral.

What we're looking for

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Manager or any other relevant field.

-1-3 years of experiences in a product management or marketing role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry / FMCG companies.

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

-Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing customer needs

-Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills

-Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills

-Proficient in using Microsoft Office- Word, PowerPoint and Excel and any other tools such as Canva.
