Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
-Supervise, schedule, and manage staff attendance effectively.
-Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members.
-Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Customer Service:
-Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
-Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

Operations Management:
-Oversee daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
-Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the outlet.
-Manage inventory efficiently, placing orders as necessary.
-Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.

Sales and Financial Management:
-Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve set targets.
-Manage daily cash handling, transactions, and reconciliations accurately.
-Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Quality Control:
-Enforce strict adherence to company quality standards.
-Implement and uphold food safety, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
-Conduct routine quality inspections.

Promotions and Marketing:
-Assist in executing promotional events and marketing initiatives.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Problem Solving:
-Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
-Continuously seek improvements to enhance outlet efficiency.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum education: Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
-Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage or related industry.
-Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
-Preferably experienced in F&B or Restaurant Service management.
