Responsibilities :

1.Technical/ Functional Expertise

-To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works building facilities, utility machine equipment other facilities with diligence.

-To assist engineer and manager to ensure up-to-date spare parts inventory and listing are maintained.

-To assist production in the set-up and changeover of model for relevant machines & line re-layout.

2. Result Orientation

-To monitor and ensure the power factor reading at Main, Utility, GMP for soap and oil packing switch boards.

3. Planning Execution

-Responsible to execute breakdown and preventive maintenance jobs according to machines equipment master schedule.

-Proactive to upkeep the safety of machinery and facilities.

4. Team Work & Collaboration

-To technically collaborate and work together with other departments as assigned by Engineer or Manager.

5. Problem Solving

-Technically involved and responsible to implement cost down activities.

- Must be able to do troubleshooting and rectification on electrical work and mechanical work.

6. Continuous Learning

-To attend internal or external training program conducted to enhance the skills and knowledge.

7. Other

-Performs any other duties as assigned.



Requirements :

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.

-Candidate must possess valid AO Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga

-Have experience in handling machine maintenance, modification in production & electrical wiring

-At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in food industry

-Exposure in Total Productive Maintenance is an added advantage

- Able to work on shift rotation

-Skill in PLC system is an added advantage

-Computer literacy : Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint

-Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
