Job Description

The Ad Team Leader is responsible for leading the advertising optimization team, ensuring effective campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization across various digital platforms. The role focuses on achieving performance targets, improving team efficiency, and maintaining high standards of ad delivery and results.

1. Team Management & Leadership
-Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ad optimizers.
-Allocate tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely completion of campaigns.
-Provide training, feedback, and performance reviews for team members.
-Maintain team discipline, work standards, and operational consistency.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
-Develop advertising strategies based on client objectives.
-Review and approve media plans, targeting setups, and budget allocation.
-Ensure accurate and timely campaign launches across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).

3. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
-Track performance data and ensure daily optimization of campaigns.
-Identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
-Analyze trends and propose data-driven improvements.
-Ensure all campaigns meet or exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, etc.).

4. Coordination & Communication
-Work closely with the creative team to request and review ad materials.
-Communicate campaign results and improvement plans to management.
-Support client servicing teams with performance updates and strategy recommendations.

5. Reporting & Analysis
-Provide accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
-Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
-Present insights and optimization strategies during internal meetings.

6. Quality Control & Compliance
-Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and industry standards.
-Minimize ad rejections, bans, or account risks.
-Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.

Job Requirements: Qualifications
-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.

Skills & Competencies
-Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization techniques.
-Leadership ability with strong communication and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency with data analytics, dashboards, and ad platforms.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience managing a team is an added advantage.
-Familiar with A/B testing, retargeting, funnel strategy, and budget scaling.
-Knowledge of creative testing and ad performance analysis.
-2–5 years of experience in digital advertising or media buying.
-Proven experience managing ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google.
