Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking
-Prepare and cook Western-style dishes (wraps, pasta, simple grills, sauces) according to recipes and SOPs.
-Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
-Assist in mise en place (preparation work) before service.
-Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly.

Kitchen Hygiene & Safety
-Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times (workstations, equipment, storage).
-Follow food handling, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP practices).
-Proper storage and labelling of ingredients

Inventory & Stock Management
-Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the chef/manager.
-Assist in receiving and checking goods from suppliers.
-Minimize wastage and ensure proper portion control.

Teamwork & Operations
-Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service.
-Support kitchen activities during peak hours.
-Assist in training new junior staff when needed

Requirements:
-1–2 years of kitchen experience (Western-style preferred).
-Able to follow recipes and preparation methods accurately.
-Basic skills in grilling, sautéing, pasta, wraps, and Western cooking techniques.
-Good attitude, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
-Willing to learn Mediterranean-style cooking and improve skills over time.
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Hours
-6 days per week
-8 hours per day (with breaks)
-Overtime available & paid as per company policy
