Job Description:

-Actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events/pop-ups.

-Set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays in the restaurant and at promotional locations.

-Approach customers and share product benefits, stories, and usage tips to encourage purchases.

-Provide excellent customer service, answer product-related questions, and handle transactions when needed.

-Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams.

-Support marketing campaigns and social promotions by encouraging photo ops and user-generated content.

-Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, stocked, and displayed.

-Represent the restaurant brand professionally at all times.

Job Requirement:

-Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.

-Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.

-Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.

-Basic sales skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
