Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule.
-Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.
-Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.
-Troubleshoot and attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by outlets.
-Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.
-Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc.
-Attend to and resolve outlet's complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.

Requirements:
-Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.
-At least 2 year working experience in plumbing, building maintenance and Kitchen equipment maintenance.
-Willing to work on-call, on shift, weekend and public holidays.
