Duties and Responsibility:
-Assist in all pastries preparation and production arrangement.
-Able to perform basic icing and cake decoration.
-Perform all finishing and labeling of cakes when required.
-Maintain high cleanliness and food storage standard in the kitchen.
-Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
-Report any maintenance issue to Sous Chef / Head Chef immediately.
-Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
-Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Position Requirements:
i. Qualifications: Culinary Art
ii. Experience: Pastry experience will be added advantage.
iii. Skills / Competencies:
-Have a passion for pastry and baking.
-Pleasant personality, good work attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel.
-Fast learner.
-Adapt to the needs of business.
-Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
iv. Good command of English, Malay or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
