Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist in coordinating the procurement of goods and services for F&B operations.
-Coordinate with the kitchen and operation teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
-Compile vendor invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
-Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock take, report and follow up for any discrepancies for outlets.
-Ensure that all procured products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
-Monitor the status of F&B outlet’s open purchase orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
-Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
-Assist in analyzing market trends to identify new suppliers and products and recommend product substitutions to the team.
-Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.

Job Requirement:
-Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
-Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
