Requirements
-Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount added only if needed).
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Able to start immediately or short notice is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end AR cycle including invoicing, receipts, credit notes, and adjustments.
-Manage e-Invoice submission and perform e-commerce reconciliation report
-Prepare aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and coordinate collection efforts as needed.
-Update payment in flow and forecast payment from customer in projection
-Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in collection and reporting.
-Proficient in SQL will be advantage
