What you'll be doing
-Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling inquiries
-Preparing and processing sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and reports
-Assisting with the maintenance of the customer database and ensuring accurate record-keeping
-Supporting the sales team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
-Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth sales operations

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work efficiently
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
-Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
