About the role

As an Executive, Payment at Mewah Group, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, this full-time position will see you responsible for managing and processing various payment-related activities to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

Handling all incoming and outgoing payments, including invoices, credit card transactions, and bank transfers

Reconciling financial records and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments

Collaborating with other departments to address payment-related queries and concerns

Maintaining detailed records and generating regular reports on payment activities

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting tasks as needed

Continuously looking for ways to streamline and improve payment processes

What we're looking for

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a payment or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and problem-solving mindset
