About the role

Mewah Group is seeking an experienced Asst Manager, Total Reward to join our Pulau Indah Selangor MY office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company's total compensation and benefits programs.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the design, development, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees

Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure Mewah Group's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards

Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits inquiries

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement total reward initiatives

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to the company's total reward programs

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits or total rewards role, preferably in a large, multi-national organisation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools

Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

Proven track record of successfully implementing total reward initiatives
