About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Executive, Safety to join our team in Pulau Indah. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by driving safety programs, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) programs, policies, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations through audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Prepare and update HIRARC and other risk management documents.

Conduct safety training and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture.

Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain SHE performance reports and safety statistics.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on SHE initiatives.

Monitor SHE KPIs and manage the team of security personnel on site.

Requirements

Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) certified by DOSH with a valid Green Book. ✅

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SSHE roles, preferably in a chemical manufacturing or oil refinery environment.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA acts and regulations.

Proven experience in conducting SSHE audits and risk assessments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
