Job Description

As an Executive, Quality Assurance (UHT), you will be responsible for managing quality assurance and production compliance across UHT product lines. This is a process‑site role, requiring strong knowledge of UHT product processing, common defects, and testing methods.

Key Responsibilities
Manage UHT production lines to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Develop and implement SOPs aligned with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements

Monitor UHT product processing and identify common product defects

Conduct product testing and maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing

Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and updating quality system documentation and records

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish guidelines and procedures

Supervise and guide team members to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in UHT processing (dairies or beverages manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of UHT product processing, defects, and testing methods

Analytical skills with sound judgment and problem‑solving abilities

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
